Dear Customer,

On the occasion of launching of website of Bharuch Telecom District, I welcome each one of you – our valued customer.

Bharuch telecom has achieved a noticeable progress in the past few years. With 112 telephone exchanges spread all over Bharuch and Narmada district, we have equipped capacity of nearly 1.5 lakh telephone lines.

Telephone connections existing as on date are nearly 93000. I am pleased to inform you that land line telephone connection is on demand in almost entire SSA.

Bharuch telecom has also achieved tremendous progress in Mobile Telephone connection As on date, we have nearly 40000 pre-paid and 4500 post paid customers. Both pre –paid & post paid connection are given without delay on demand.

At present, Bharuch telecom has 4 WLL exchanges with equipped capacity of 2000 lines.. We have as on date about more than 1300 WLL customers. Shortly we are expanding WLL services by installing new BTS at Amod, K. Colony, Dediapada, Valia, Ankleshwar Town & GIDC, Bharuch GIDC & Hansot.

We have Customer Service Center spread allover in Bharuch & Narmada district at following places.

3. Bharuch	7. Rajpipla
4. Dediapada	8. Valia

All kinds of BSNL services like bfone, pre-paid, post paid & broad band registration. Sale of ITC, I-Net, web fone card etc are given to our valued customer, from our Customer Service Centers.

We have 4 BSNL franchisee show rooms which are also giving on the spot services like sale of pre-paid, post paid, ITC cards, recharge coupons, bfone registration etc to customers.

Our efforts are directed towards giving smooth and fault-free BSNL services to each one of you.

We are proud to have you as BSNL customer and we are sure that as long as your whole hearted association remains with us, we will go on achieving one mile stone to another mile stone in giving better services to all our customers.
